Tsugumi Yagi

**Height:** 151 cm (5'0") Friends with Kei—a fellow Harekaze radio operator, since before they entered the academy. She is the daughter of a priest at Yokosuka’s Suwa Shrine (dedicated to the deity of academic success) and used to serve as a shrine maiden. Her mother works as a barber in addition to her other duties. She possesses an astonishing, latent talent for dowsing; she is a "lucky girl"—reminiscent of a certain ocean-going ship captain—who once struck oil on the playground in elementary school and discovered a hot spring in the school's backyard during junior high. It was actually the results of her dowsing that led her to aim for the maritime academy. She is skilled at rapid smartphone typing, a talent that proves useful for maintaining communication logs.
