Kaoru-chan

Kaoru-chan operates a donut cafe out of his truck. He knows the girls well, and frequently gives them advice. He knows that Tarte and Chiffon can talk, and generally seems aware of what goes on. He often tells bad jokes. ~!Later in the series, we see glimpses into his mysterious past as a secret agent.!~
