Excel Walter

She is the grandmother of [Carla Vargas](https://anilist.co/character/214655/Vargas-Carla) and [Juna Doma](https://anilist.co/character/133337/Doma-Juna) as well as mother-in-law to [Castor Vargas](https://anilist.co/character/214658/Vargas-Castor), who was formerly the commander of the Air Force. She is currently the supreme commander of the National Defense Force.
