A policeman who works at a policebox, and Mabu's partner. ~!He and Mabu are the one responsible for murdering suspected criminals and extracting their desire, creating Kappa Zombies in the process. He worked for the Otter Empire!~ ~!He is later killed by Toi Kuji, and brought back to life when Keppi fused with the dark kappa.!~
